# Quick Replies

One-click prompts in CRAFTSMAN INTELLIGENCE: quick replies under a response, suggested actions for media, and each specialty's template prompts.

You do not always need to type. CRAFTSMAN INTELLIGENCE offers one-click prompts in three places: quick replies beneath the latest response, suggested actions when you have media ready to send, and template prompts for each specialty. Clicking any of them sends that text as your message immediately, exactly as if you had typed it.

*One-click prompts send right away and cannot be edited first. If you want to change the wording, type your own message instead.*

### Quick Replies

After most responses, up to three short suggestions appear beneath the assistant's message. They are written from your point of view, such as *"Yes, add the button"* or *"Show me the data"*, and are based on where the conversation is, so they change from message to message.

Click a quick reply to send it. The suggestions disappear once you reply, whether by clicking one or by typing your own message, and a new set appears with the next response.

Quick replies are not shown in every case. You will not see them when the assistant has [asked you a question](/intelligence/chatbot/user-input/questions.md), when it needs details only you can provide, or when a conversation has reached a natural end. If you reopen a chat later, the quick replies for its last response are still there.

### Suggested Actions for Media

When you have images or audio ready to send, whether uploaded, attached from the Asset Library, or selected from earlier in the conversation, suggested actions appear above the message box:

* **Add these images to my scene** / **Save these images to my asset library**
* **Add this audio to my scene** / **Save this audio to my asset library**

Click one to send it. These are the fastest way to place a generated asset in your project or keep it in your library, and they appear for your own uploads as well as for assets the assistant created. See [Attachments](/intelligence/chatbot/user-input/attachments.md#reusing-media-from-the-conversation) for how to select media from the conversation.

### Template Prompts

On a new chat, the assistant greets you with **How can I help you today?** and a set of specialty cards. Click a card to see example prompts for that specialty, along with a reminder that you can enter a custom request at any time.

Click any example prompt to send it. Click **Go Back** to return to the specialty cards. Nothing is sent until you choose a prompt, so you can browse freely.

The specialties available depend on where you are:

* **Everywhere** — Asset Generation, Creative Strategy, Concept Ideation, Analytics Insights, Creative Generation, and Support.
* **Inside the PLAY editor only** — Builder Agent, Feature Generation, and Design Recommendations, because they need an open project to work on.

The **Support** card also links to the full help documentation.

Each specialty's template prompts are listed on its page under [Specialties](/intelligence/specialties/editor.md). Template prompts are the same prompts that cycle through the empty message box on a new chat, so if you see one you like as it goes by, you can type it, or find it on the specialty's card.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://help.craftsmanplus.com/intelligence/chatbot/user-input/quick-replies.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
