filterFiltering, Searching, and Sorting

The Listing View includes filtering, search, and sorting tools that make it easy to locate specific projects and organize results based on what matters most.

These controls are located at the top of the Listing View, next to the date range selector.

A search bar allows you to quickly find projects or variants by name.

  • Enter part or all of a name to filter the list in real time.

  • This is useful when managing a large number of playables or locating a specific variant quickly.

Sorting Options

Next to the search bar, a dropdown menu lets you choose how projects are sorted. By default, the selector is set to Name. You can sort by:

  • Name

  • Sessions

  • Engaged

  • Captured

  • First Event

  • Last Event

Once a sort option is selected, you can toggle between:

  • Ascending order

  • Descending order

This is controlled by a clickable arrow icon next to the selected sorting field.

Sorting helps you quickly surface:

  • Top-performing or lowest-performing projects

  • Most recent or oldest activity

  • Projects with the highest or lowest engagement and capture counts

Together, search and sorting provide flexible ways to explore your project list and prioritize which playables to analyze next.
