Engagement Metrics

Definitions for Engaged KPIs like sessions engaged, engagement rate, total engagements, progress, duration, and drop-off scenes.

At the top of the Engaged section, several core KPIs summarize user interaction patterns:

Engagement Rate

The percentage of total sessions that included an interaction. Helps measure how compelling or intuitive the first touchpoint is.

Total Engagements

The total number of interactions recorded across all sessions. This includes every tap, drag, swipe, and hotspot activation.

Average Progress

The average percentage of the playable completed by users who engaged.

Average Duration

The average time users who engaged spent inside the playable.

Most Engaged Scene

The scene with the highest number of interactions, excluding the first scene.

Most Dropped-Off Scene

The scene where the largest portion of users exit the experience.
